All units have TV’s with a DSTV decoder, only the 4 SABC channels are active.
There is a strict “Non Smoking” rule in all the units, however, smokers are encouraged to smoke outside. A "No-pet" policy applies to all Rose Cottage units.
Rates are inclusive of electricity, linen and Towels. Due to the high quality of the White towels provided in the rooms, these towels are not to be used at the Swimming Pool area.

Rose Cottage Hammerkop
Hammerkop can accommodate 8 guests. Hammerkop consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 2 single beds in each room and 2 double sleeper couches in the double size lounge.
Shower with basin and a separate toilet, large fully equipped kitchen and small dining room.
The double size lounge consists of a T.V, DVD Player, Hi-Fi and a sliding door that leads to the long Stoep, garden, swimming pool, braai and 8 seater Lapa.
Rose Cottage Rooibekkie
Rooibekkie our Granny Flat can accommodate 2 guests. It consists of 2 single beds that form a double bed with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, T.V (DSTV available but you must bring own Smart Card) and an on-suite bathroom.
The bathroom consists of a bath, toilet and basin. Have its own private braai area and a quaint 2 seater, romantic “Lapa”.
The unit has a “Honey-Oak” theme with cute kitchenette.
Rose Cottage Swallow
Swallow can accommodate 4 guests. It consists of 2 separate bedrooms. There is a double bed and an on-suite bathroom (shower, basin & toilet) in the main bedroom and 2 single beds with an open plan kitchen, dining room, Hi-Fi, T.V and 2 sliding doors that leads out to the private braai, 4 seater Lapa and a private bathroom (shower and basin only).
Rose Cottage Suikerbekkie Unit
Suikerbekkie is part of the Rose Cottage group of establishments and is situated 6 houses from the Main Rose Cottage mother unit. Surrounded by fruit trees and grapevines, this is a great hide-away from the city rush and a unit that invites you to kick off your shoes and just relax!
This self contained house is the latest of the Rose Cottage group and consists of 3 Rooms, serviced by a single bath/shower and separate toilet. The Rest of the house features a separate kitchen combined dining area and separate lounge. Paintings by John Burton
Pristine “spine –master” beds in all rooms and quality Sheridan linen, together with brand new cutlery and furniture ensures that this unit is something out of the ordinary.

Rose Cottage Mossie
Mossie is a bachelor unit situated on the same premises as Suikerbekkie. It is perfect for two adults.
The cozy unit consists of two single beds, a shower, and coffee/tea facilities, kettle, counter-top stove, microwave and bar-fridge. The unit also features a flat screen TV and a quaint two-seater lapa outside.
Mossie has got its own entrance which ensures complete privacy.
Truly a home away from home!
Rates are inclusive of electricity, linen, towels, toiletries and coffee/tee/sugar in each unit. All guests have access to the garden, swimming pool and secure undercover parking. Although many of our pictures reflect a view of the dam, there is no view of the dam from any of our Rose-Cottage units.
